Shipping and Returns
You may return new and unused blankets and clothes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error on our part.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Our blankets are customized and made to order. There is a processing time for each blanket. The estimated processing time can be found on the product page for any of our blankets. At this time, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing blankets.
After your order has been processed, we will ship it from our location in Yuba City, California. Please allow for additional time to receive your product, based on the shipping method selected and your location.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For deliveries outside the U.S.: customs, duty and any local taxes are paid by the buyer. Please be aware that these fees are not included at all in the total charged to you by Paper Doll Blanket and that they are added by local border authorities upon import.

We are happy to provide you more information on an individual basis, for what those fees are, based on our experience.
